Billy Tramel is an experienced project engineer with a robust background in managing large-scale construction and engineering projects across various organizations, including PRO-telligent, LLC, Comanche Nation Construction, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. With a career spanning over two decades, Billy has successfully overseen operations for multimillion-dollar projects, demonstrated expertise in business development, budget forecasting, and ensuring projects adhere to schedules and budgets. Significant achievements include leading the renovation project for the United States Army Corps of Engineers ahead of schedule and managing a $1.3 billion portfolio for the Air Force Center for Engineering and the Environment. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
