Lisa Scholman

Lisa Scholman has extensive experience in healthcare and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at ProVita Care Management Inc. since November 2016. Lisa has also held positions as Care Manager, Care Coordinator, and Licensed Practical Nurse within the same organization. Prior to this, Lisa worked at the Residences at Belvedere from May 2012 to October 2016 as a Team Assistant and LPN. Additionally, experience includes a role as Community Health Worker II at CHSSA from October 2005 to October 2010.
