Douglas Strom

Douglas Strom has extensive experience in production and leadership roles within various manufacturing organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Production Manager at ProAct, Inc. since July 2009, Douglas oversees production, packaging, and assembly operations. Prior to this, Douglas worked at Fedtech, Inc. as an Inspector, ensuring quality control of laser and water-jet cut parts. Douglas also gained significant supervisory experience as Production Supervisor at ADDCO, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the dot sign area, directing employees, and maintaining safety and inventory protocols. Earlier roles include Production Tech at Porous Media, Cabinet Assembly/Packager at Norcraft Companies, and Machine Operator/Inspector at Advantek. Douglas received education at St. Cloud State University from 1990 to 1991.
