Karel Kannel

Karel Kannel is the MD of Proact Estonia AS. Karel has previously worked as a sales director and account manager for Norby Telecom and MicroLink Eesti. Karel has also been an IT director for EVLI Investment Bank and the Bank of Tallinn. In 2005, they founded Terabill, a telecommunications software company.
