Magnus Lönn is currently the Business Unit Director for Nordics & Baltics at Proact IT. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Time People Group from September 2017 to July 2022. Time People Group is a group with four wholly owned companies: Objektfabriken, Giraff, Efftre and Crio. The companies offer specialist consultants in IT and change management. The main purpose of the company's operations is to develop, simplify and streamline the IT operations of the Group's all customers. Time People Group is driven by commitment and solution focus so that customers can take advantage of the potential of digitalization. The Group and its companies offer services that include strategy, change work, project management and programs, system and method development, test engagement and management.

Before their time at Time People Group, Magnus Lönn was the Associate Vice President at Nasdaq from October 2006 to April 2016. Magnus was also a Consultant at Teleca Software Solutions AB from January 1999 to December 2006.

Magnus Lönn studied applied physics and electro engineering at Linköping University, where they earned their MSc.
