Dolores Hynes

Dolores Hynes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as an Implementation Manager at ProAct - PBM since March 2022, Dolores previously held positions at Solvay Bank as Assistant Branch Manager and Banking Solutions Representative, where responsibilities included customer service, account management, and community outreach. Dolores also contributed to the arts as Assistant Director and Instructor/Choreographer at Expressions Dance Company and as Movement Captionhead at Central Square Varsity Winterguard. Additional experience includes roles such as Merchandise Manager at Kinney Drugs and Owner/Creative Director at Inspire Dance Academy, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills across various sectors.
