ProAction Entrepreneur is a founder‑wellbeing initiative that helps entrepreneurs, accelerators, and ecosystem partners transform mental health, wellbeing and performance from a crisis response into a proactive, everyday practice.

We believe that sustainable entrepreneurship starts with sustainable founders.
Through tailored workshops, 1:1 wellbeing sessions, and ecosystem‑level programs, we help founders:
- Prevent burnout and manage stress before it becomes overwhelming
- Access the right mental‑health and performance resources in Quebec
- Build personal and organizational support systems suited to their stage
- Know, maintain and improve alignement between founders, their business and their teams to avoid resentment, unspoken words, and hard breakups.

We work with:
- Founders, co‑founders, and founding teams
- Accelerators, incubators, and startup programs
- Investors, ecosystem builders, and public partners
- Chambers of commerce and local‑business support organizations

Whether you’re a founder looking for support, a program wanting to care better for your cohorts, or an ecosystem leader (including chambers of commerce and local business networks) ready to act, ProAction Entrepreneur helps you build a healthier, more resilient entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Let’s make proactive support the new normal.
