Jacob Rivers has several years of experience in operations and project management. He has worked at Proaction International as Vice President and Director of Operations, overseeing performance culture initiatives across North America. Prior to that, he was a Project Manager at USC Consulting Group, where he worked on enhancing operational effectiveness through strategic planning. Additionally, he has experience in purchasing and logistics at Venture Steel and maintenance work at the Town of Oakville. Jacob holds a BBA in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University.
