John Batty

John Batty currently serves as the Global Head of Professional Services at Proactis, having joined the company in April 2025. Prior to this role, John held several key positions, including Director of Professional Services - EMEA at Smartsheet from October 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading a growing team and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region. Previously, John worked as Senior Director of Professional Services - International at RingCentral from May 2018 to October 2022, overseeing the Professional Services organization outside of North America and achieving substantial growth in bookings and headcount. Other notable roles include Director of Professional Services - EMEA at Five9, Principal Consultant at Aspect Software, and various leadership positions at Everything Everywhere Ltd, T-Mobile UK, and Orange. John earned an HND in Human Resource Management from Teesside University between 1995 and 1997.
