Violeta Plaza Morancho

Violeta Plaza Morancho currently serves as a Junior Lawyer at Proactiv Entertainment since November 2023. Previously, Violeta held the position of Contract Manager at Grupo Planeta from April 2023 to November 2023, where responsibilities included drafting and reviewing various contracts, providing legal advice in intellectual property matters, and negotiating contracts in both English and Spanish. Violeta also worked as a Commercial Lawyer at Cratevo from May 2022 to April 2023, focusing on the preparation and analysis of commercial contracts and corporate operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Lawyer at Prestamos Prima Group, managing contract drafting and review, and working as a Legal Trainee at Holmes Place, where Violeta provided support in contract preparation and legal document management. Violeta holds a Master's degree in Access to Law from the Universitat de Barcelona and is currently pursuing a course in Corporate Practice at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. A Bachelor’s degree in Law was also obtained from the Universitat de Barcelona.
