Dave Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency medical services and occupational health. They served as a firefighter and emergency medical technician for the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Foundation from 1980 to 2001, and worked as a critical care technician at multiple healthcare facilities including UM Upper Chesapeake Health and MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center. From 1998 to 2004, they held the role of Nursing Manager for the American Red Cross, and from 2015 to 2021, they worked as an Occupational Health Consultant at WOHC Ltd.
