Carl Engutan

Carl Engutan is a Senior Managing Consultant at PROACTIVE, a firm specializing in Scheduling, Project Controls, Building Information Modeling, and Construction Claims, where engagement spans projects valued between $20M to over $1B, managing over $10B in construction work across 22 states and 5 countries since April 2014.
