Kevin Nickerson has over 23 years of experience in technical consulting and client support, currently serving as a Client Technical Specialist at ProActive Solutions since May 2019. Previously, Kevin worked at IBM from August 2010 to May 2019 as an IBM Storage Client Technical Specialist, where responsibilities included both presales and post-sale support. Prior to that, Kevin held the position of Technical Consultant at EMC from June 2000 to August 2010, further developing expertise in the technical consulting field.
