Jay Miller

Jay Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations. Currently serving as a Partner at ProActive Strategies since September 2006, Jay focuses on account management and the development of service offerings for both small and large-scale IT projects. Prior experience includes a role as a Project Management Consultant at Subaru of America, where responsibilities encompassed managing an Oracle Applications R12 upgrade and various IT projects across multiple business functions. Jay also held the position of VP - Professional Services at Business & Decision North America and worked as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
