Serge Milman

Serge Milman has over 20 years of professional experience in the corporate finance and strategy consulting fields. Serge began their career in 1997 as a Corporate Finance Associate (Intern) at Ernst & Young CIS. In 1998, they joined McKinsey & Co as a Corporate Finance & Strategy Consultant. In 2001, they moved to Exigen Group as a Sr. Director, Strategic Assesment. In 2005, they joined Mitchell Madison Group as a Senior Engagement Manager. In 2008, they became a VP, Operations Strategy & Planning at Wells Fargo. In 2010, they founded and became the CEO of Optirate. In 2012, they became a Principal Consultant at SFO Consultants, as well as a Vice President at Mitchell Madison Group. In 2017, they joined Sourcing Advisors Group as a Partner. In 2019, they became President and Chief Operating Officer at Proacure Corp.

Serge Milman received their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 1998, where they studied Finance and International Business. Prior to that, they received their BA in Economics from UC Santa Barbara in 1990.
