Helmut Reich

Helmut Reich has extensive work experience in the software and consulting industry. Helmut is currently serving as the Managing Director / Geschäftsführer at proALPHA since October 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles including Senior Vice President Engineering, Director R&D ERP Product, and Director IT Consulting & Project Management Practice at proALPHA.

Before joining proALPHA, Helmut worked at Infor (Deutschland) GmbH as a Senior Manager Services from September 2007 to March 2017. Helmut also served as a Team Manager and Project Manager at KTW Software & Consulting GmbH from May 2003 to August 2007.

Helmut's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Vignette from March 2000 to April 2003, and as a Projektleiter / Logistics Consultant at Baan Deutschland GmbH from April 1997 to February 2000. Helmut started their career at Crown Gabelstapler GmbH as a Key User Triton 3.1 / Baan IV from August 1994 to March 1997.

Helmut Reich obtained their Diplombetriebswirt (FH) in Organisationsführung from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1994. Helmut also completed an Auslandsstudium at the University of Hertfordshire in 1991 and at Ichec Brussels Management School in 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2021. Helmut also has certifications in Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) and PMP from APICS Supply Chain Council and Project Management Institute, respectively, although the dates of obtaining these certifications are not specified.
