Callum Barnes is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as Head of Finance at ProAmpac since November 2021, Callum oversees financial operations for a site generating over £60m in annual revenue, reporting to senior finance executives. Prior to this role, Callum held several positions at Rapid Action Packaging Ltd from February 2013 to October 2021, including Deputy Financial Controller, where responsibilities included monthly reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation, as well as significant process improvements. Callum began as an Assistant Management Accountant, supporting month-end processes and focusing on manufacturing cost accounting. An alumnus of the University of Portsmouth, Callum earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance.
