Douglas Birnie

Douglas Birnie is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in the eCommerce and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Finance at ProAmpac since September 2025, Douglas has previously held key positions at PAC Worldwide, including Chief Financial Officer and various roles culminating in the Executive Vice President of Finance. Douglas' career includes significant leadership roles at Ireland Inc. and DOSA Consulting, where Douglas served as Director and President, respectively. Additionally, Douglas contributed to Alexander Global Promotions as President, driving revenue generation for professional sports teams. Early experience includes strategic planning at TELUS Communications and executive positions at Columbus Group Communications and Aritzia. Douglas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of British Columbia.
