Justin Lang

Justin Lang, CEBS, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at ProAmpac since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Manager of Total Rewards at Yum! Brands from January 2018 to March 2023, where Justin oversaw benefit plan designs for 20,000 employees across six health plans in twelve countries, collaborating with multiple departments to optimize talent acquisition and retention strategies. Previously, Justin worked at Concordia Plan Services from 2013 to 2017 as an Employer Resources Specialist, providing client support for self-funded church benefit plans, and as a Benefits Representative, assisting members with insurance guidance and claims management. Additionally, Justin's experience includes an Operations Lead position at Trader Joe's from 2008 to 2013 and various analytical roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from 2002 to 2007. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategy and Business Statistics from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School.
