Gilad Hizkiyahu has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Gilad is currently the Chief Executive Officer at ProArc Medical, where they are involved in the development of a minimally invasive and non-surgical treatment for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at EchoLogic Medical, where they oversaw the development of a ground-breaking diagnostics/screening technology for Cardio-Pulmonary disease. Prior to that, Hizkiyahu served as the Co-CEO and VP at Singer Instruments and Control Ltd, where they were responsible for project management, marketing, and business development. Gilad began their career in the Israeli Air Force, working on unmanned aerial platforms and aerospace engineering projects.
Gilad Hizkiyahu completed their BSc. in Aerospace Engineering at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2002. In 2007, they pursued an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Hi-Tech Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, graduating with honors in 2010. Gilad also attended an executive education program on Healthcare Technological Innovation at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management in 2011. In addition, they completed international business management courses at both Fox School of Business at Temple University in 2009 and NEOMA Business School in 2008.

Our initial focus is to improve the standard of care for patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH). Our product, ClearRing is designed to treat lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to BPH. ProArc Medical was founded in August 2010 through the Misgav Venture Accelerator, funded by the Trendlines Group, a leading Israeli investment and business development firm and private investors.
