Sushma Reddy Chitturi has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Sushma Reddy started their career in 2006 as a Software Developer at ProArch It Solutions Private Limited, where they played a role in developing and testing the Notes system. Sushma Reddy then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Advanced Manufacturing Institute, where they were involved in designing Custom Door Project and developing an Intranet Portal. In 2009, Sushma worked as an Intern at AgVantis Inc, customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and developing add-ins for Microsoft Outlook Client. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Production Programming lead at SEDC. In 2012, they joined ProArch as a Programming Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining Windows and Web applications, as well as services. Sushma Reddy gradually moved up the ranks and held roles such as Delivery Head and Principal Delivery Head. Currently, Sushma is working at Enhops (A ProArch Company) as the Vice President of Product Engineering. Overall, they have gained valuable experience in software development, project management, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Sushma Reddy Chitturi has a strong educational background in computer science and technology. Sushma Reddy obtained a Master of Science (M.S) degree in Computer Science from Kansas State University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Technology from Deccan College of Engineering between 2002 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Sushma has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Notably, they obtained the DevOps Foundations: DevSecOps certification from LinkedIn in June 2021, and became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance in February 2021. Other certifications include Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues from LinkedIn in August 2020, Learning Cloud Computing: Cloud Security from LinkedIn in July 2020, and the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft in June 2009.
