Karen Egede Nielsen

Karen Egede Nielsen is a seasoned professional in the real estate and development sector, currently serving as Head of Development at PROARK since November 2025, focusing on advancing the company's portfolio in hospitality and commercial properties with an emphasis on sustainability and partnership. Prior to this role, Karen held the position of Director, Development and Construction at Hines from August 2018 to November 2025, overseeing development and construction across the Nordic region.
