Craig Musgrave

Craig Musgrave has a diverse work experience in the technology and insurance industries. Craig most recently worked at ProAssurance as SVP Technology. Prior to that, they worked at The Doctors Company for 15 years as SVP Technology and CISO. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of IT including software development, IT strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and M&A integration. Before that, Musgrave was the CTO at Monitor Liability Managers, where they focused on professional and management liability insurance. Craig also founded and served as the CIO of American Horizon P&C Direct Auto Insurance, where they secured venture capital funding and oversaw IT strategy, technology platforms, and vendor integration. Musgrave began their career at Price Waterhouse Management Consultants, where they managed IT strategy, systems implementations, and software development for financial services clients. Craig also worked at Sprint and Deloitte Consulting in IT management positions.

Craig Musgrave has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Loyola University Chicago. Craig also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science from RMIT University. In terms of executive education, Craig attended Harvard University and completed a program on Cybersecurity, focusing on the intersection of policy and technology. Craig also participated in an executive education program on Customer Focused Innovation at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2009. In 2007, Craig completed an executive education program on Managing Customer Relationships for Profit at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
