Kim Kauffman

Kim Kauffman has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Board Member for Mental Health America of Lancaster County since February 2022. Kauffman has been with ProAssurance since May 1987, holding the position of Director of Compensation and Benefits. Prior to this role, Kauffman worked at Eastern Alliance Insurance Group from May 1987 to May 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and coaching supervisors and managers on performance improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's core values and goals.
