Laurne Rhodes

Lauren Rhodes, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laurne is currently employed at ProAssurance, where they have held multiple roles since joining the company in 2003. Laurne'srecent position is Senior Operational Business Analyst, which they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Business Analyst from August 2017 until September 2022. Before transitioning into a business analyst role, Lauren worked as a Senior Claims Intake Specialist from April 2014 to August 2017, a Claims Setup Specialist from April 2008 to April 2014, and a Recovery Specialist from March 2003 to April 2008.

In addition to their work at ProAssurance, Lauren recently started working as a Real Estate Agent at Sweet HOMElife Real Estate in April 2022.

Laurne Rhodes, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Liberty University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Faulkner University from 2003 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Laurne has acquired the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2019 and the ECBA certification from the IIBA in June 2018.
