Stanton Kelley

Stanton Kelley, CIA, CFSA, CRMA, CIDA, currently serves as AVP - Internal Audit at ProAssurance since September 2023. Previously, Stanton held positions as a Sarbanes Oxley/Internal Controls Consultant at DLC, where the focus was on the Internal Control Over Financial Reporting program for a newly public health insurance company. Stanton also served as Assistant Vice President - Internal Audit at Kemper, directing audit activities within Corporate Services and Property & Casualty segments. At Infinity Insurance, Stanton was Vice President - Head of Internal Audit, transforming the audit function to provide comprehensive services. Earlier roles included 2nd Vice President, Senior Audit Manager at Protective Life, where Stanton enhanced methodologies, and Senior Vice President; Associate Audit Director at Regions Financial Corporation, overseeing diverse audit services and mentoring staff. Stanton holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Troy University.
