Terri Love

Terri Love has a work experience that spans over two companies. Terri started working at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1992 in the Payroll department and stayed there until 1997. In 1997, they joined ProAssurance as the Director of Human Resources and later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Business Partner in 2015.

Terri Love holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Terri obtained a certification in Strategic HR Business Partner from HCI Human Capital Institute in July 2023. In April 2021, they earned a Certified Predictive Index Analyst certification from The Predictive Index. Lastly, in January 2021, they completed a certification in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University.
