Tim Pingel is currently the Vice President of Underwriting at ProAssurance, having served as Regional AVP in underwriting from 2021 to 2024. Prior to this, Tim gained extensive experience at NORCAL Mutual Insurance Company, where they held several positions including Senior Underwriter and Underwriting Manager after the company's acquisition of FD Insurance Company. At FD, Tim advanced to Assistant Vice President of Underwriting, contributing to projects involving rate examinations and state filings. Tim began their career at Harden & Associates, progressing from a college intern to an Account Manager while also attaining their AAI designation. Tim holds an MBA from the University of North Florida and a degree in Business from Flagler College.
