Sean Wayland

East Coast Area Manager at Proautomated

Sean Wayland has a diverse range of work experience. Sean began their career as an Electrician at PTR Baler & Compactor in August 2007 and worked there until January 2009. In July 2005, they joined the United States Army Reserve as an Interior Electrician, serving until August 2013. After completing their military service, Sean joined ProAutomated as a Field Service Engineer in March 2013 and transitioned to the role of Regional Service Leader in July 2014. From May 2017 to September 2018, they served as the Rapid Response Team Manager, where they established and managed a department to handle unique customer requests. In October 2018, they took on the role of Training Manager and was responsible for restructuring the training agenda and developing new courses. Sean then became Operations Manager in October 2019, overseeing operational activities. Their most recent position at ProAutomated is as the East Coast Area Manager, starting in November 2021.

Sean Wayland obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Devry University from 2009 to 2013.
