Francesca Hazell

Delivering the very best customer experience and service demands operational excellence - that is the raison d'être of our Operations Director, Francesca, who oversees all aspects of our worldwide operation, including supply chain, HR, finance and customer service.

Francesca has been a proAV stalwart for more than 30 years, 20 of which as part of the senior management team, where she has played an active role in organic growth of the business, building long lasting relationships with clients and maintaining the benchmarked standards of Enterprise Management for which proAV are renowned.

She has been particularly instrumental in the development of the managed services division and its portfolio of products – a project very dear to her heart. Her passion for customer service and technology is shared by the managed services team, helping proAV become recognised as an industry leader in both service and project delivery.
