Jeannie Richards, CAPM®, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jeannie began their career at the University of Utah as an Administrative Assistant, where they gained experience in transcription, scheduling, preparation of presentations, and patient management. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as an Administrative Assistant to the Chairman of the Obstetrics, and then as a Division Coordinator for the Gynecologic Oncology Division from 1999 to 2006.
In 2008, Jeannie joined Summit Point Construction as an Office Manager, where they single-handedly managed all aspects of the business. Their responsibilities included assisting with permitting, contracts, bank draw submissions, subcontractor payments, and communication with contractors. Jeannie held this role until 2015.
Since 2015, Jeannie has been working at PROBAR LLC, initially as a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. In this position, they were a trusted member of the company leadership team, responsible for various administrative tasks and handling confidential information. Jeannie worked closely with the CEO to support their daily activities and participated in planning initiatives.
Currently, at PROBAR LLC, Jeannie serves as a Project Manager, focusing on creating and managing project timelines across the business. Jeannie is involved in new product development and launches, coordinating with multiple departments to meet deadlines. Additionally, they conduct competitor product comparisons for flavor selection and ingredients in R&D projects.
Overall, Jeannie Richards has demonstrated strong administrative and project management skills throughout their career, working effectively in various industries.
Jeannie Richards, CAPM®, obtained their CAPM Certification from PMA.bg - Project Management Academy in the year 2020. Jeannie participated in the PMP Certification Bootcamp during their time at the academy. Additionally, Jeannie attended the University of Utah from 1992 to 1995, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General. Jeannie received their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® credential from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
