Seema Sindwani, MBA, CFA

Seema Sindwani has a diverse work experience in various roles related to investor relations and finance. Seema currently holds the position of Vice President, Investor Relations at Probe Gold Inc. since January 2023. Previously, they served as the Director of Investor Relations at the same company starting in 2017. Seema also worked as a Fund Manager and Senior Advisor at Bellatrix Asset Management S.A. from 2016 to 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of Investor Relations at Avigilon from 2015 to 2016. Seema co-founded and acted as a Partner at Albis Capital Corporation from 2011 to 2015. Seema began their career as an Associate Analyst of Equity Research at Macquarie Group in 2003, and later worked in the same role at GMP Securities from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, Seema bcame the Vice President of Institutional Sales at Laurentian Bank of Canada. Throughout their career, Seema has demonstrated expertise in investor relations and financial analysis.

Seema Sindwani has a diverse education background in finance. Seema holds an MBA degree from Ivey Business School at Western University, where they specialized in finance. Prior to their MBA, Seema completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at McMaster University. Seema also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from McMaster University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Seema has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Seema has completed the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) and passed both the Series 63 and Series 7 exams, which are administered by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Seema has also received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute, demonstrating their high level of competence in the field of finance. Furthermore, they have completed the CSC certification program offered by the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI).
