Dr. Patrick Wefing is currently serving as Project Lead CMC at ProBioGen AG since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Wefing worked as an employee at DWI - Leibniz-Institut für Interaktive Materialien, focusing on research. From April 2017 to October 2022, Dr. Wefing held the position of Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at ILT.NRW - Institut für Lebensmitteltechnologie Nordrhein-Westfalen and was previously a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter mit akademischem Abschluss at Universität Bayreuth from August 2016 to March 2017. Dr. Wefing is pursuing a doctorate in Biotechnology at Technische Universität Berlin, having completed a Master’s degree in Molecular and Applied Biotechnology at RWTH Aachen University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology at Hochschule Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
