Belinda O'Halloran

Belinda O'Halloran has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Belinda currently works at ProBiora Health LLC, where they have held the positions of CFO & HR Lead since January 2020 and Finance Leader since March 2017.

Prior to their current role, Belinda worked at Craftsman Printers, Inc. as the VP & CFO from August 2013 to February 2017.

Before that, they held various roles at Healthcare Coalition of Texas and Texas Purchasing Coalition, including VP - Finance & Operations from January 2010 to November 2012, VP - Finance from July 2000 to December 2009, Controller from July 1998 to June 2000, and Accounting Manager from February 1997 to June 1998. During their time at the organization, they played a key role in the transformation process, establishing independent operations and financial infrastructure for the new business unit.

Belinda also worked at American Dish Service as a Controller from April 1994 to September 1995, where they led the monthly close process, prepared financial statements, and managed payroll for multiple states.

Belinda served as an Accounting Supervisor and General Accountant at Air System Components- Tuttle & Bailey from March 1990 to April 1993. Belinda was responsible for conducting monthly operational result discussions with management, analyzing financial statements, and managing plant inventories and fixed assets.

Belinda's earlier work experience includes a role as Corporate Accounting Supervisor at Braniff Airlines from July 1989 to March 1990, where they analyzed and reconciled balance sheet and income statement accounts and supervised a team. Belinda also worked at Dallas Area Rapid Transit as a Senior Accountant and General Accountant from July 1984 to July 1989, where they coordinated the monthly close process, prepared journal entries, and analyzed financial statements.

Belinda O'Halloran obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business. Belinda pursued their education from 1986 to 1990.
