Miranda Roodhart has extensive experience in customer relations and retail management. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Manager at Probo.nl since November 2019, Miranda previously worked at Sake Store from 2005 to November 2019 in various roles including Visual Merchandiser, Store Manager, and Sales Associate. As a Visual Merchandiser, Miranda focused on creating commercially appealing store presentations and maintaining visual standards. In the role of Store Manager, responsibilities included achieving commercial objectives, coaching and motivating the team, handling customer complaints, and managing administrative tasks. As a Sales Associate, Miranda provided customer advice, completed cash register duties, and processed orders.
