Billy Tapp

Billy Tapp has extensive experience in finance and accounting. Billy currently holds the position of VP of Finance and Accounting at Probo Medical since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at PwC for over 13 years, starting as an Assurance Associate in September 2010 and progressing through various roles including Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, and finally Private, Assurance Services, Director. Their tenure at PwC ended in February 2023.

Billy Tapp began their education journey in 2005 when they enrolled at the University of Mississippi. Billy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, which they successfully completed in 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, Billy continued their education at the University of Mississippi, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting. Billy completed this program in 2010.

In 2019, Billy Tapp participated in the Kellogg PwC Family Enterprise Advanced Education Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. This program offered him executive education in the field of family enterprise.

Billy also obtained several additional certifications. In March 2019, they obtained the Digital Acumen certification from PwC. Later, in June 2020, they obtained the Human-Centered Design certification, also from PwC. Additionally, Billy holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, which was granted by the State of Florida. The exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
