Joe Hicks

Joe Hicks is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical equipment and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Executive at Probo Medical since February 2017, Joe specializes in developing new customer accounts in the refurbished medical equipment industry, particularly ultrasound, while also managing existing accounts. Prior to this role, Joe excelled as a Direct Sales Agent at Anthem, being a top producer in personal health insurance and playing a key role in recruiting and training new agents. Joe’s experience also includes a successful tenure at UnitedHealth Group as a Product Advisor, where consistent top performance earned recognition as a multiple Pinnacle Award winner and eight-time Product Advisor of the Month. Joe began the career at Federated Insurance as a Senior Claims Representative. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Ball State University, obtained in 2005.
