Wayne Chen

Wayne Chen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and finance. Currently serving as VP of Strategy and Ventures and Chief Financial Officer at ProBrand International, Inc. since November 2003, Wayne is leading the development of a new IoT business unit focused on innovative solutions and service delivery. Prior to this role, Wayne was a board member at Turnsmith, LLC, where responsibilities included representing ProBrand's interests, hiring executive leadership, and securing venture capital funding. Earlier experience includes a position as a Loan Officer at Cathay Bank, specializing in construction, real estate, and commercial loans, and managerial experience at Bank Sinopac Ltd. Wayne holds an MBA in Technology Management and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
