Carlos Hernandez Mpa

Carlos Hernandez, MPA, has extensive experience in project management and administrative roles within educational and business environments. Currently serving as Project Controls and Assistant Project Manager at Probst Electric Inc. since November 2021, Carlos previously held several significant positions at Eastern Washington University from September 2015 to September 2021, including Special Liaison to the VP of Business & Finance and Campus Services Manager. Key responsibilities involved managing executive projects, coordinating events, and processing confidential information. Notable accomplishments include developing compliance reports for the CFO and successfully staffing Board of Trustee meetings. Earlier experience includes serving as Teaching Counselor at the Association of Washington School Principals and Vice President of Outreach for the Washington Student Association, where advocacy and student engagement were primary focuses. Carlos holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Eastern Washington University.
