Aline da Silva

Aline da Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and executive search. Currently serving as a Manager Relations Consultant at PROCADRES INTERNATIONAL since July 2021, Aline specializes in interim management and transformation projects. Prior to this role, Aline was an International Associate Consultant at Douge International, where the focus was on recruiting senior executives globally. Aline co-founded and served as CEO of Saga Au Pair Services, demonstrating strengths in commercial development, partnership establishment, and financial management. Aline's diverse background also includes experience as an Event Assistant at the Brazilian Chamber of Commerce in Sweden, leadership roles at ORPAS, and volunteering as an Activities Coordinator with the European Voluntary Service.
