Michal Ciszak

Michal Ciszak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Michal started their career as a Trainee at Ronneby Brunn Hotel in Sweden. Michal then worked as a Director at "CATERING - SERVICE" in Poland. Following this, they served as a Controlling Assistant at ELZAM Holding S.A. Michal then joined AIESEC Poland as an Internal Auditor.

In 2001, they transitioned to SYNGENTA Polska, where they held several positions such as Project Manager, Business Controller, Supply Chain Controller, Finance Manager, and Head of Poland & Baltics. Michal'sresponsibilities involved managing financial operations, leading teams, and overseeing business units.

Recently, Michal has been serving as the Managing Director (Prezes Zarzadu) at PROCAM Polska Sp. z o.o.

Michal Ciszak began their education in 1991 at the Hotel College, where they studied for five years. From 1996 to 2002, they attended the Gdańsk University of Technology. In 2004 and 2005, Michal pursued further education at the Controller Akademie Gauting/Munich, specializing in Business Finance. Michal then went on to attend the Finance Leadership Academy in London, UK, Paris, France, and Washington, US from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Michal studied at CIMA from 2006 to 2009.
