Matt Griffin has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 1998 as the Health Club Manager for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In this role, they managed the Sheraton Athletic Club and was responsible for the fitness facilities within the Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel. Additionally, they occasionally served as the Manager on Duty for the hotel. During their time at Starwood, Matt also obtained a CPO certification.
In 1999, Matt took on the position of IHD Supervisor and Head Cross Country/Track and Field Coach at West Springfield High School. This role involved overseeing the IHD program and coaching the school's cross country and track and field teams.
At the same time, Matt also held a coaching position at Minnechaug Regional High School, where they served as the Head Track and Field Coach and Assistant Football Coach from 1999 to 2010.
In 2015, Matt joined ProCamps as a Pro Camps Coach. However, no end date is provided for this role, indicating that they may still be working there.
Matt Griffin attended Chicopee Comprehensive High School from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at Bridgewater State University from 1993 to 1998, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Matt also pursued a minor in Speech Communications and Coaching during their time at Bridgewater State University.
