Bindi Norwell

Bindi Norwell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and sectors. Currently, they serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer at ProCare, a leading healthcare provider. In this role, they are responsible for transforming healthcare through partnership, equity, and innovation. Bindi also serves as a Board Member at CareHQ, a position they have held since 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Norwell held the position of Deputy Chair at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, starting in 2016. Bindi also served as a Board Member at Whakarongorau Aotearoa // New Zealand Telehealth Services//, contributing to the board from 2021 to 2023.

Norwell's previous experiences include being the Chief Executive Officer at The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure, they focused on improving customer experience and implementing data-driven strategies. Bindi also served as an Executive Director at Kantar, a global insights-based consulting firm, where they led client deliverables on various growth strategies from 2012 to 2016.

Bindi was also the Global Operations Strategy Manager at Lebara in 2011 and held strategic positions at BT, including Head of Strategy from 2010 to 2011, Head of Business Planning and Strategy from 2007 to 2010, and Principal Commercial Manager from 2003 to 2007.

From 2001 to 2003, Norwell worked as a Strategy Manager at Melbourne Airport. Through their various roles, they have gained extensive experience in strategy development, leadership, and governance.

Bindi Norwell completed their MBA degree in Finance and Strategy from Monash University, attending from 1999 to 2003. In 2018, they also participated in the Company Directors Course at the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, focusing on Governance. During the same year, they completed the Executive Leadership program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
