Lisa Sue

Lisa Sue is an experienced project manager with a strong background in strategic development and healthcare innovation. Currently serving as a Project Manager for Strategic Development at ProCare since August 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Innovation + Improvement Project Manager at Waitemata District Health Board, where significant projects included the General Surgery Clinical Pathways Improvement Programme and the COVID-19 Staff Testing Station. Prior experience includes serving as Pharmacy Service Improvement Manager at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, where Lisa contributed to pharmacy transformation initiatives, and roles at Optimus Healthcare Limited and Eastmed Pharmacy. Lisa holds educational qualifications from Massey University and The University of Auckland, supporting a comprehensive skill set in project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
