Rhomma Jazel Asuncion

Rhomma Jazel Asuncion is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in population health management and healthcare administration. Currently serving as Portfolio Manager at ProCare Health Limited since October 2012, Rhomma leads the Population Health Strategy focusing on enhancing the quality of life for older individuals and managing the Access to Diagnostics and Palliative Care programs in Metro Auckland, funded by Te Whatu Ora HNZ. Previous roles include Programme Manager, Product Manager, Practice Support Administrator, and Temporary Data Entry Clerk at Life Plus NZ, as well as a Health Care Assistant and Registered Nurse at various institutions. Rhomma holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a Master's Degree in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, and Nursing Research from Angeles University Foundation, along with a Diploma in Business Management, Health Services from Edenz College.
