Established in 2003 in South-East QLD, ProCare Australia was the first boutique Recruitment and Labour Hire agency dedicated exclusively to the Community Services sector. For more than two decades, we have partnered with Not-For-Profit organisations, Private Enterprises and Government Agencies to deliver tailored workforce solutions that strengthen services and support communities.

In 2026, we proudly expanded our services to include Early Childhood Education Recruitment and Labour Hire, extending our specialist expertise into another vital sector shaping future generations.
