Eric Starling's work experience includes:

- National Director of Hospice Sales at PROCARE HOSPICECARE, INC. from March 2022 to present. Eric leads the sales and client relations team and works closely with Hospice C-suite staff to exceed expectations and provide excellent client service.

- Director of PBM Financial Analysis and Repricing at ProCare Rx from March 2017 to present. Eric also served as the National Director of Sales from November 2013 to February 2017 and the Regional Director of Sales and Client Relations from August 2013 to November 2013.

Finally, they attended The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1993 to 1995, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Management.
