Erich Norum

Erich Norum has extensive experience in technical roles, currently serving as a Site Reliability Engineer and Systems Administrator at Procare Solutions since October 2013. Key accomplishments include building systems to connect remote offices, reconfiguring and rebuilding environments for over 20,000 customer databases, and upgrading legacy systems from evaluation to deployment. Prior experience includes serving in the US Army from July 2007 to December 2011 as an Infantry and working as a Cable Technician II at Charter Communications from 2004 to 2006, as well as in Technical Support at InternetCDS from 2001 to 2003. Erich Norum studied at Rogue Community College between 2012 and 2014.
