Justin Cook

Justin Cook has extensive experience in product management and customer support, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Procare Solutions since October 2016. Prior roles at Procare Solutions include Customer Support Manager, Customer Support Supervisor, and Tech Support. Previously, Justin Cook worked at Southern Oregon University from August 2006 to October 2016 as a Database Manager, overseeing the constituent database for the SOU Foundation, managing gift entry and donor communication. Additionally, Justin served as an IT Consultant, facilitating the merger of multiple offices into a unified Enrollment Services Center and enhancing process efficiency through automation and database integration. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Southern Oregon University, earned in 2007.
