Shruti Gangrade

Shruti Gangrade is a Senior Team Lead at ProcDNA, having joined in February 2023, and previously served as a Decision Analytics Associate at ZS from December 2019 to February 2023. At ZS, Shruti contributed to over 10 market research projects, driving significant business strategy improvements, including a 45% year-over-year sales increase for a leading pharmaceutical client through effective GTM strategy. Responsibilities included end-to-end project management, data analysis, and creating data visualization-oriented reports. Shruti has expertise in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights, managing vendor relations, and developing predictive analytics models that aided in substantial revenue generation.
